Thanks for your business! Tip: Be prepared. Start by counting the number of furniture items you have in your home, and use that to determine how many furniture pads you'll need. The pads provided by rental companies are about half the size of those used by the pros (inducing you to rent more of them, naturally), so use the following formula as your guide: Four pads for large items like sofas; three for items like triple dressers and loveseats; two for items like kitchen chairs, and so on. Running out of pads in the middle of loading will throw your whole day out of whack if you have to go and get more, or expose your belongings to damage if you choose to make due with what you have.

Only hiccup was a miscommunication on changing the appointment time for loading my uhaul. Otherwise the team was outstanding; I highly recommend their service!!!

Our insurance is the best protection for your moving labor services. Your goods are protected while we are loading or unloading your rental truck. While most moving insurance only covers $0.60 per pound, our insurance covers up to $10,000.00 for any one item.
Our policy includes the standard coverage for items packed by your Moving Helpers, but also includes coverage for bodily injury and property damage not included in most moving insurance products. The best part is that all of this coverage is at no additional cost to you.
Coverages
Care, Custody & Control Sub-Limits
$150,000 any one claim made in respect of items in Moving Helper’s care, custody and control.
$10,000 any one item, box or package in Moving Helper’s care, custody and control.
General Liability: Bodily Injury / Property Damage
$1,000,000 any one claim made
$2,000,000 in the aggregate for policy period
Damage to items, including boxes professionally packed by the Moving Helper. Requires a corresponding Moving Help job number. Damage to any owner-packed items and boxes evidenced by external damage.
Exclusions / Limitations:
Coverage for Bodily Injury is excluded from coverage should Bodily Injury while Homeowner or Owner of Possessions is assisting the Moving Helper in packing, loading or unloading.
